My husband and I placed an order from Wild Guns Leather on January 11, 2013. Jerry Ardolino was very kind and patient with all the questions we had for him. Jerry gave us a 4-6 week time period so he could custom fit our specific gun, a ruger gp 100. I called Jerry once or twice to check on the progress of the holster, and he always called me back and told me exactly what he was doing with the holster. Jerry was with in the timeframe he gave us and called us to tell us that the holster would be a few days early, I think that says a lot about what kind of business he does. We recieved the holster and after some adjustments, my husband is really satisfied with it. As for Jerry's customer service, it brings me back to a time when people really cared about what they were selling and the people they were selling it to. Living in California, it seems that customer service is the very last thing on people's minds. Thank You Jerry, And TEXAS... Jerry went above and beyond, answering questions, returning phone calls and being just as genuine a person could be. We will be doing business with Jerry again and would highly recommend Wild Guns Leather Company. One of a kind...Thanks again Jerry!!!! Mike & Sarah.

I ordered the Original Dirty Harry holster as a present for my step dad and his .44 mag. From the moment I spoke with Jerry I knew I wasn't dealing with a regular business. I looked around locally for a place that made hand crafted gun holsters and although I was promised I would receive my holster in 4-6 weeks from these places, it would be made out of a synthetic plastic - not what I wanted at all. So although my wait time for my dirty harry gun holster took a little bit longer than I wanted, the result was a beautiful, handcrafted, LEATHER holster that fit the magnum like a glove. I couldn't be happier with what has proven to be a memorable gift that will stand the test of time. Jerry and I spoke about once a week during this whole process as he explained the work that went into making the holster as well as the delays that occurred. Jerry went above and beyond the customer service you would experience from a big organization. He listened to my concerns and kept in constant communication. So yes, I had to wait longer than I wanted for my holster, but in a world where everything is mass produced, this hand crafted holster was well worth the wait in my books. Thanks again Jerry!! We will be ordering more from you in the future.
